Carter YF Conversion for Holley 1940 Industrial 6cyl 300" Motor. This carburetor will bolt on the manifold and be metered for the 6cyl.-300" Motor-  HOWEVER NOTE :  Throttle & Choke Linkage will have to be fabricated from original Holley 1940 also Carburetor is slightly taller.
